Location

Hotel Michalska Brana *** is located in the pedestrian area of the Old Town. The quiet street of the hotel is know as the narrowest and most romantic street of the Slovakian capital, which was constructed in the 13th and 14th century. In the medieval age it was famous for the house in which the city hangman lived. The house was demolished and replaced with a new baroque building in the middle of the 18th century. Several tourist attractions, the St. Michael’s Gate, the Opera House, the Bratislava Castle and the Presidential Palace are only a few minutes away.

Hotel

The atmosphere of the past and the modern comfort of the present are merged in the hotel. Elevator, wireless Internet access and 24-hour reception serve comfort in the air-conditioned, three-storey building. Private parking lot is not available, parking is possible in the nearby Ursulinska Street (upon charge). The restaurant offers original Slovakian specialities, which can be served in the shady terrace, too. Pets are not allowed.

Rooms

Rooms are characterized by fashionable design and warm colours, they are air-conditioned and equipped with a bathroom (shower, hairdryer), minibar, radio, telephone, LAN rnet access, television, safe, iron and ironing board. The Executive Studio can accommodate maximum 3 persons, it has a bedroom (with a double bed), a living room, a bathroom (with bathtub), kitchenette (microwave oven, grill, fridge), a dining room and the same facilities as Business rooms. The spacious Executive One-Bedroom Apartment is ideal for a longer stay, it can be reserved for maximum 3 persons and have the same equipment as the Executive Studio. Non-smoking rooms are available. Room service can be requested between 12:00 pm and 21:00 pm.
